New LOLCat
Mar. 29th, 2010 09:12 amI am working on a thing so I'm not spending much computer time on the Net. Thing news soon, though.
In the meantime, after a lively weekend involving vintage clothing and a burlesque cabaret and the thing, I saw my LOL for dinner on Sunday. And she had just had a new cat delivered. As an apology for letting her adopt a cat that had to be put down after two months, the cat shelter lady delivered it to her. It turned out to be a glossy ginger beast - I think its health warrant of fitness is OK - that just doesn't like other cats.
This cat, too, having been released from the purgatorial cat shelter, is reveling in his own private food bowl, carpet, and furniture, and went around rubbing his cheeks on all the furniture, like Cat from Red Dwarf. "This is mine...and this is mine...and this..." Most importantly, he knows that his cat job is to sit on my LOL's lap and make her feel loved.
