Stay Cool, Baby
Busy with day job and freelance work at the moment, i.e., extremely boring. My cat is being a love. Even after I put food in her bowl. Poor thing; there isn't much that's more pathetic than a Maine Coon in a heatwave, sprawled out on a floor, trying to stay cool.

snottygrrl took me to see Sweeney Todd. I loved that movie so much that I should probably be locked up!
I tried Batch II of pickles. The texture is spot-on perfect; they aren't too salty; and yet, they don't taste right. Something...sweetish. Not unwholesome, just not right. I'll give them two more days.
